Some more to think...
Try this...
You cannot create a folder with the same name as any of the following:
CON, PRN, LPT1, LPT2 ... LPT9, COM1, COM2 ... COM9
Can you tell me why...?
PS: It holds true for Win 2000/XP/2003 ... I have not tested on other OS's...
