Dear Rajesh, My remarks about puppet shows is that they have evolved over the years to suit the modern world. Yes, the olden art is still alive. Consider it in the this way, Humans have evolved from apes (Science) and apes are still alive, but are a dying species. So... Another discussion starts... Regarding the environment, it is good to note that people are taking an interest in it after such a long time. What shall we say is the reason behind environmental pollution. Modern Technology or Man? That is the question which needs to be addressed. Is Man polluting the environment or is the industries polluting it? It is true that the environment has been degraded over the last two centuries since the start of the industrial revolution. But the quality of life has also improved during the same time. No one dies of small pox now. I would say that Man is the reason behind the environment pollution, not because he is using technology; but because he is misusing it.
